Location data is collected only when the web app is in use or during an active trip, and is not used for unrelated tracking or advertising.

d. Ride & Service Information

  • Ride and delivery history

3. Google Maps & Third-Party APIs

MyRyde uses Google Maps Platform APIs, including Maps, Places (Autocomplete), Directions, and Distance Matrix.

These services are used to display maps and routes, calculate distances and estimated travel times, and enable location search and autocomplete. Use of Google Maps services is subject to Google Maps Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

MyRyde does not sell, misuse, or store Google Maps data beyond what is required to provide core services, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
